I was King's fan, waiting for him to do something cool and amazing, but my patience ran out. Oda had 3 years to do something with him, fucking anything, but not even his bounty is revealed. I might even agree with @Jo_Ndule that King is YC2, if not lower. I don't care anymore for his hybrid, race, power or whatever, fuck it and fuck this useless BDSM lover, i'm not gonna wait for another 3 years

You don't get it... My point is that Oda connects people that have a sword to Zoro as opponent. If he gives a character that is similar to Zoro a sword then he will very likely end up as Zoro's opponent. Swordsmanship proficiency has nothing to do with that. Case in point: Pica

It can be applied depending on bounty albeit the terminology can sound too simplistic but if "we" use stuff like YC1 level all the time then this is not a big issue and technically legit nevertheless.

Exactly. Same goes for Sanji. He didn't get a high bounty because he was always behind the scenes doing some mad stunts like saving the crew and such.
