Would wind be a logia type DF! Tho on a different note lightning saved Luffy back then was it luck or Dragon’s doing? If it’s him I would think it’s a general weather manipulation DF!

How does that thing look like a swirly eyebrow at all ? It's a mark or tattoo, clearly not blood or a simple bruise because it looks way too elaborate to be just that. Oda made sure to make that thing stand out for a reason, it's a symbol of some sort.

Yeah i did say that read above in previous replies,It did look swirly pre scans tho.
