It's simple. That marks are clash marks. They represent Zoro and Kaido weapons clashing with each other.

Oda can't draw Zoro and Kaido's weapons being in 20 different spots at the same time so Oda draws clash marks to tell us what occurred.

Oda simply trashes the choreography because he wants to fit too much stuff in single page.

Here an immobile King is blocking multiple shit and Zoro even says that. Oda draws these little white marks to signify attacks/hits/blocks when he doesn't want to focus a single attack.. He also puts sfx there to say there is a clash of some sorts there(kaching clang )

It's the same with Kaidou and his club that the above users tell you..

Better things will come but if this was it for Zoro in Wano and everyone was waiting for this scene to be animated...this is the same Kaido that was tossing Yamato around like a ragdoll and is currently sandbagging against CoC coating Luffy, Zoro parried all of his swings and flew through him. Pre-adCoC, no one is ready for this. People will be comparing their favorite characters to nerfed rooftop Zoro for years to come.
