He is definitely average, but one with a lot more experience and maturity in the field.

Heki commands 40K troops in the Seikyou arc. Not as much as 70K troops like Enkan but still worth a lot.

Sadly he isn't even a good joke character. I can tell most people were joking around but meh Heki is just boring IMO. I find Bi hei to be a much better joke character.

Akou was cool, I liked his tenacity, just a shame he fell for the most obvious bait in the world

Speaking of Moubou, that whole family is pretty rad, I do hope we see him in action again though.
I especially Mougou the arc of the battle between him and Renpa is one of my favorites

Renpa is up there as well cause of his spirit, I'll never forgive those Zhao clown nobles for their politic bullshit and I hope they get what's coming to them

I greatly miss Ouki and the Duke as well
