Maybe Chousha was primarily a martial focused general? Maybe he was the physical"strongest" of his generation lol

I agree with lots of the list.

I love the idea of using Wei Fire Dragon to separate commanders hyped above Heavenly Kings but below Qin 6. I always felt like that with the exception of Gokei(and prime Gouhoumei) that they weren't quite Qin 6 level.

Though some things I find questionable. Wtf is one of Kanmei's subordinates doing in Base Great General? Does he have any feats? He should be down there with Rokoumi. Kanmei's subordinates seemed irrelevant.

I would bump up Gouhoumei to Qin 6 purely because of his future role despite his lackluster showings. I would personally bump up Ousen to the highest one as well.

I might drop Moubu and Kanmei down but I think them being placed up there is fine as well.

Wtf is one of Kanmei's subordinates doing in Base Great General?

It’s mainly their portrayals as vassals to Kanmei. The average Chu General is as strong as Great Generals from other states right? So that seemed like the best place to put him, especially since he is Kanmei’s vassal and not just some random territorial Chu general.

I was just in the process of posting my second tier list (which has like 10 tiers like you clowns suggested). My GOATS tier is exactly the same as yours lol.

But it’s as you said, knowing the name and knowing they are about to face a 3GH tier commander isn’t the same thing. Though it would seem they know Shibashou’s head is as valuable her as Riboku’s…and they also know he repelled Ordo so…lol

Maybe Riboku was being overly confident as usual.

What do you guys think of my Shibashou as EOS Ousen’s vassal theory now that Shiryou trembled at Shibashou but not at Houken? Is Shibashou now striking you guys as more of an EOS Martial threat to Shin?

What does he do after Zhao is conquered? Live on a farm and wait 15 years?
If Ousen is gonna be the final villain it's more likely that he recruits some Chu and Qi generals + maybe some traitors to Qin

Definitely not. Look at Renpa, he’s still fighting even though he’s getting old af lol. Shibashou will continue fighting as well.

Imagine EOS Ousen with a GG level vassal from each state: a 3GH vassal, a Chu GG vassal, possibly Kyou En, EOS Akou, and who knows who else.
