King was actively contributing for the further slavery, hunger and drought of a huge nation of people who had NOTHING to do with what happened to both his race and his personal Life.

If it wasnt for SHs, kaido alongside king and the rest of BP would have killed millions while enslaving the ones who survived, are you rlly trying to convince me that king is not that bad ????

Contributing is the key word here.
Certainly the moment King decided to give his life and loyalty to Kaido, he pushed his own dreams aside and became a tool at Kaido's service. Did he really want Kaido to change the world to New Onigashima? No, he wished the world to change differently. But he wouldn't do anything on his own to change it because until Joy Boy appears, he now set himself another goal: to make Kaido the Pirate King. He met Kaido at a very young age of about 14, and spent his youth being influenced by Kaido and his agendas. He is no saint. Yet he is not entirely a devil either. He was just very devoted to Kaido, but when he fell, he thought of his true dream again.
