Ok here’s the scenario, what if, the time when Kizaru failed to kill or capture luffy after luffy punched a celestial dragon he got in a huge trouble?

and this is why when Lucci injured sentoumaru he will not get in trouble because the Gorosei will allow it, this just shows how powerful and influential the Gorosei was that it doesnt matter if youre an admiral, fleet admiral because they are the real superior. Specially by injuring sentoumarou like that they have a complete control of the seraphims now.

now what if this is would be the main reason why Kizaru could actually betray the Gorosei, which probably the second admiral who will let luffy escape or even help in a way because of Sentoumaru being injured like this.

lets say Kizaru doesnt have any sympathy to any person, marines nor normal people or pirates but what about his family?

and he could help luffy by helping vegapunk escape somehow, as for respecting Sentoumarou’s wishes to help Vegapunk.

This would be cool and it would make sense. It would be oxygen to a death manga like OP. But it will not happen, or at the very least it will not happen with that "deep" characterization and character development for Kizaru. Why? Not even the SHs get such characterization and character development and that is not because Oda can't do it but because he doesn't want to. He will sell his usual secure story which he knows will sell pretty well instead of trying something new that could potentially fail and damage his sales. So I can see Kizaru actually betray and backstab the Gorosei-CP0 but if it happens it will be because of Vegapunk and Sentomaru (and this already has a 1% to happen), Oda will not do something so original as to link the gorosei scolding Kizaru when he failed at Sabaody.

Or he could be entirely subservient to Akainu who potentially wants Vegapunk alive, while the WG wants him dead.

It'd still make him an antagonist.

Kuma is the one who got in trouble for the Straw Hats escape. I don't think anyone faults Kizaru for being tied up with Rayleigh, while one of their supposed allies helped the Straw Hats escape.

Are you talking about characterization? You can add all the details of this world: height, weight, birthday, liked foods etc. But if they are all void informations which have 0 weight for the story is just, indeed, side infos. Or do you mean something else?
