So in summary one of the best defenses , offensively has great destructive power with long range and great area of effect attacks, while in utility it grants the fastest movement speed , clones for distraction or advantage in fight , flight , creation of sword weapons for CQC , and illumination to blind his opponents.

It's definitely among the best, but there are a few glaring downsides that you just ignored entirely, namely the fact that he seems to be only capable of travelling in a straight line as light, which also applies to most of his attacks, making it very predictable.

Also, the AP feats Kizaru has demonstrated so far have been really, really bad, his kicks have been endured by half a dozen characters, mostly pre-timeskip ones, and his lasers are just as bad, if I remember right, pre-timeskip Drake, Urouge and Hawkins all remained conscious after taking them point blank and Sentomaru got back up pretty quickly after taking one of the exploding lasers.

He just hasn't really demonstrated any significant KOing power, like Kaido one shot Luffy very casually and that Luffy is much, much stronger than all of the above characters.

His clones are literal fodder, I mean they're probably pretty good for dealing with people far below Kizaru's tier, but Luffy ended dozens of them with a single low-end kick, they'd have zero relevance against someone comparable to Kizaru himself.

--Best DF is subjective. In terms of speed and mobility , it is top 1.

--In terms of AOE and destruction , gura gura no mi is top 1

--In terms of hax and versatility, OP OP no mi is top 1

--Lightning DF is also pretty good.

--In terms of defense marco and Kaido's DF are best

--In lethality akainu's etc.

Kizaru's fruit is good, but so far, I don't see anything in it that makes me think it's better than Luffy's or Kaido's fruit and that of other characters.

Look at this:

Releases lightning, creates tornadoes, can use fire and wind in hybrid form.

Use invisible wind blades in CQC even with a Kanabo.

Bite and trap your opponent in your mouth.

And the worst thing is that I'm not even using everything, like FLAMING BAGUA.. :kayneshrug:

If One Piece was more scientific accurate, it should be indeed the strongest DF power (and even ability in general, considering haki and everything else) by far. Light-based attacks (or anything barely close to that speed, considering that matter can't reach the speed of light) are more than enough to completely obliterate anything material in a single hit (and no being without godly powers should be able to react to it). But it isn't the case, there are other DFs with equal or better demonstrations.

Yes. Very few can even compare in terms of versatility. At the end of the day, it would be too OP without restrictions. So even though you can understand why Oda has to nerf aspects of it, its still all-around great despite that.
