Nice work, man!! I’ve never felt like Weevil would actually be a villain to Luffy, he’s clearly being controlled by his mother and just wants to avenge his “father’s” death more than anything. If not Wano, I imagine he’ll be a huge help when the impending conflict with Blackbeard comes into focus.

He will have an antagonistic relationship at first though, everything else would be empty build-up.

Oh yeah, some of Luffy’s greatest allies were originally his opponents. I just know Weevil won’t remain one after they eventually clash.
