Future Events Kuina will come back in some form or another.

So i was thinking about ending of one piece post everything. All the straw hats will have completed their dreams and will be heading home. Everyone has got someone that they have huge emotional connection with and they will return to them to live peacefully ever after. Luffy-sabo, Sanji-baratie, jimbei-fishmen island, robin-saul, brook-laboon, nami-nojiko, chopper-kureha, franky-franky family.

But what about zoro. He had only one - kuina (Johny and Yosaku don't Count as huge emotional connection). Add to that the death of kuina by falling down the stairs already appears fishy. So i think she must come back in some form or the other.

That we weren't shown the Shimotsuki village doesn't mean the village doesn't exist anymore.

However, he'll go back to Wano if he settles down.

That won't cut it. Oda has shown these 'emotional connections' for all the characters in the beginning to let the emotions simmer for 2 decades. He won't just cook something up now, given that he already has shown us kuina.

Moreover it isn't impossible anymore. We have got clones, slaves, time travel and what not. Kuina's return is quite possible if oda wants it

Yes, we have clones, slaves, time travel and what not, but changing Kuina's story by now is much worse than anything else that could happen to Zoro in the future.

All of those are cheap resources, and the connection with Kuina hasn't been maturing for 2 decades, rather, it would ruin 2 decades of her being dead. Zoro simply returning to Wano is simple, yet cuts it much better.

And the point about Shimotsuki Village and Kuina's father still remains. Both things that were actually introduced 2 decades ago, unlike Sabo, who you mentioned, that wasn't introduced until the timeskip. Same thing for Fishman Island.

So... yeah.
