Saw somebody on twitter point out that the yellow/gold is probably hinting towards something. The flower pattern on the clothes is that of the imperial flower of Japan or something which is also visible on the imperial throne of Japan. The throne is very similar to the Empty Throne. The color scheme is crimson (seating) and gold with the flower and lions.

Yeah, those are the ones. The emblem in the center of the chair and the flower on Mihawks shoulder are the same.
