What is Kuzan's objective? Where does he stand?

Really dig the idea of him joining the Revolutionaries, would tie him even closer to Robin’s story and seems like a solid way for him to honor Saul. We know Blackbeard’s aims are nefarious and concern all the topics that the WG has deemed forbidden, so infiltrating his organization on behalf of the same group trying to thwart the same government would be a solid strategy...anything Teach learns or accomplishes can be undermined by informing Dragon right away, and few can hold their own if they’re outed as a spy than a former admiral.
I wonder if this means Kuzan is taking on at least an admiral come the final war....:quest:

He is keeping a close eye on BB, and probably plan on killing Teach If he become to dangerous to the world.

But he could be doing that as a lone wolf or as SWORD spy.

If Garp is the mind behind SWORD i think its very likely that Kuzan is a Spy.

Dont think the Revos make Sense, as there's no reason for them to get involved with the BB Pirates, its clear that the enemy of the Revos is the WG

Belive he will die trying to stop BB, as a way to hype BB, could even have a bigger plot development If BB is after Robin at the time.

I think Aokiji joined BB so he agreed with BB being King of the World, but in return Aokiji will become the New Fleet Admiral instead of Lakainu, in exchange for his services to BB.
That doesn't sound like Kuzan. I dont think he really cares about the FA position. He just opposed Akainu being the FA because of Akainu's extreme methods, which he observed first hand several times. If Kizaru was the VA for example, Kuzan wouldn't care at all and stayed with the marines.

Along long time go I was hoping Luffy would fight and defeat big mom and Drake would beat Kaidou setting him up as Luffy's biggest rival. Then I thought after the final war Drake and Kuzan would defeat Akainu and reform the marines. Obviously times have changed and something much more mundane took place. So Aokiji is probably just apart of Sword and probably let Akainu take his leg just so it would be more convincing.

Time to bump up this thread. Kuzan aiming for Raftel sounds more and more likely, right? :kuzanshut: Otherwise, I dont see any reason for Kuzan to actively help Blackbeard. Do you guys want to change your votes? =>

Your theory of him being an ally of RA is more likely to become canon. Both Dragon and Aokiji got affected by same event to go against WG.

It might be Aokiji himself who released Saul after some time and there he might have met with Dragon. Him allying with Dragon might also be the reason why he didn't killed Luffy but just slightly injured him and even intercepted Akainu to not make a move on Luffy. Otherwise just for Garp, he won't be going to such lengths for Luffy.

Voted for first option but personally wants him to be a individual force aiming for Raftel and become another enemy (sole) of WG. Lol

Imagine if Aokiji becomes Akainu's final opponent and we get a punk hazard round 2 where Kuzan wins and become the Fleet admiral EoS :finally:
That would be my dream fight. I'll stop complaining about every other things of the series. Same goes for him taking FA post. Coz similar to Akainu, his caliber and strength already top notch and recognized by everyone. Far better than Fujitora. Lol

Kuzan vs Sakazuki would 1000 times better than either Luffy or Sabo vs Sakazuki.

Your thread is actually convincing especially the panels where Kuzan and Robin talked in Water 7 , so i voted for him aiming for Raftel

However , at the same time Kuzan could also be a spy for the Marines ( he could be the "anonymous source" who revealed Baltigo's location to Marines/WG here ) : https://mangasee123.com/read-online/One-Piece-chapter-824-page-5.html

This is one of the more complicated speculations
Maybe he got in contact with Dragon through Vegapunk considering the latter was looking for good marines. Someone warned the Revos about the assault on Baltigo afterall. On the other hand someone also informed Cp0 about Baltigo's location, though I doubt this person is Aokiji. The gorosei were straight forward regarding his position, and considering Cp0 is their personal force then doubt it's Kuzan. Revos too sounds wacky at this point.

He's also not in contact with Sakazuki as he had to personally tell Smoker about Doffy, meaning he's not in touch with HQ anymore.
Definitely not Sword working on his own accord, he knows the value of his strength and wouldn't sacrifice the position to spy on Bb.
His convo with Smoker showed he's still the same man he once was.

Now that he left the WG, his perspective naturally changes drastically. As an admiral he had some sense of justice but that has always been limited by his position, but now that he's free he could expand on his world views, mainly contemplating on Ohara as that's where Kuzan's mindset first changed, going from "fired up" justice to "lazy justice", and that's also the only established lore for his character lol

For the moment he's hitchhiking with Teach as means to stay active and learn more about the lawless world, ultimately his goal could be redeeming his actions in Ohara and uncovering the void century, so Raftel is the safest answer for that.
At some point he will leave the crew but no idea where he goes from there, he might very well end up dying.

Kuzan is too big of a military asset to spy for the marines, they could send some VAs to do this shit

@Sir Yasheen 's post makes more sense tbh =>
Tbh I kinda figured the revs revealed Baltigos position themself. Since it wasn’t until after the revs abandoned it that it was released and ended up being an inconvenience to Blackbeard
