It's not difficult to grasp, Oda will not allow Zoro to fight and defeat an Admiral before Luffy.

Within the crew Luffy was the first to defeat a Commander, and Yonkou. Now it's time for the Admirals.

By this logic, the same would apply to the Gorosei. They don't have to be beaten but it would work if Zoro fought Venus while Luffy fought Imu for example.

Kizaru isn't even a villain, it's just a shallow fight with a dude who's following orders, based on his sheer strength. Akainu is the only relevant admiral and even Kuzan should be second considering his ties to Luffy, Robin, Akainu, and Garp.

except 2 or 3 zoro fans, no one thought zoro will defeat kizaru this arc. We mostly said a clash.

But where we are wrong is the fact kizaru gonna maybe get defeated by Luffy and not Zoro. Because everyone agreed akainu vs luffy, zoro vs kizaru or fuji.

Zoro fans wanted kizaru for long time. Luffy vs kizaru just suddenly happened in this arc.

Yonkou fans are the worst of all. At least Zoro fans had high hopes for their favourite. Many Yankers were wearing Zoro avys praying for a Zoro vs Kizaru fight to push their agenda, now they shamelessly switched back and in some cases even trash on Zoro on top of that.

This is where Zoro separates from the pack. It's his dream to become the best fighter not Luffy so he will be fighting the tougher opponents from now on. And kizaru/Zoro will show swordsman supremacy this arc.

No he wants to be the strongest swordsman.
