That kick shows Law doesn’t have no physical stats to last in a fight. He can only win by trying to land devil fruit attacks on Vergo who has even better reactions than Law and moves quickly

Haki weakening over time doesn't mean it gets weaker with minimal usage, which was the case with Vergo. Vergo used his strongest Haki mode (full body Haki) against Law.

No, the emphasis was all on the standoff moment, with a gradual build up moment with Vergo approaching him menacingly and steady pace. He was gonna clobber him over the head with his bamboo and didn’t even care if he got cut because in his mind that wouldn’t do nothing.

If it were a “blitz” it would have robbed all the tension from that scene.

Law was in the Rock Port Incident against a former legendary Rocks pirate, and his performance even garnered praise from Blackbeard. Doflamingo must have based his judgment off of the Rock Port Incident, yet his conviction was pretty firm, he didn’t think Law would “make the cut”, so it can’t have been haki alone. It is (devil fruit power + haki ) which is something he might have not mastered during the Dock Port Incident. He certainly didn’t use this (devil fruit + haki) against Smoker

Yeah he did change his entire “fighting style” when he put on massively extra size in addition to full body haki, which should slow him down and makes no sense if he is gonna blitz him. If he truly felt he was a hazard he would have never put on mass. You’re just misreading the entire thing

Why would he try to blitz him if he's confident Law's hax won't work. Shambles was a different case.
Vergo and Doffy underestimated the hax is all, if he knew its potential he wouldn't go for a head on charge and eventually schools him.
