Dressrosa was beyond boring. I skipped all of it. Chapters upon chapters ln useless gladiator shit. All absolutely irrelevant. And all it did is hire fodders.

WCI was horribly written, but it was exciting.

While punk hazard might have been too long a problem lots of arcs are seeming to have i really enjoyed all the villains, smoker, and law.
Dressrosa was hard to go through some weeks going into the second half but the beginning was so damn good and it gave us amazing fuji and doffy moments. Plus i love the law/doffy flashback
I still throughly enjoy wci tbh tho things could have been hadle better with things feeling less asspully
I had fun with foxy and the stoopid games lol
Fmi is ok. Really enjoyable flashback and jinbe was actually with the crew lol

I think FMI was the worst for me. Davyback Fight was annoying, but it was mercifully short. Fishman Island had a terrible villain, an annoying princess, and that horrid nosebleed gag. Perhaps if it hadn't come right after a Marineford and the timeskip it would be more tolerable, but for me it initially killed the hype for the New World.

Punk Hazard, Dressrosa, and Cake Island have good moments despite having problems, and I still find them enjoyable overall.

Back when I started OP, I watched the anime, right until late Dressrosa, and out of all those arcs, the Foxy arc was special... despite how short it was, it made me quit OP for a week until I gave it another chance... I legit, got so fucking pissed off that the landlady that day issued me a warning to lay off the curses or gtfo.

I mean, at least Dressrosa was alright in the manga, but jesus christ.. this foxy shit.. what the fuck was Oda smoking to come up with this gay ass shit?

The racism is the best theme of the arc, and FIsher Tiger story was amazing. Otohime vs Tiger philosophy was also interesting, same for WB claming the island protecting it, the fishman district etc.

Everything politics related was cool.

The fact that Hoddy is racist doesn't bother me at all.

But the arc had a lot of problems :

- Hoddy is not an awesome villain. Personality, threat wise etc. He was just average. But compared to the next he is a genius.
- Van der dekken is horrible. The guy is one of the worst villain in all One piece. 0 relevance.
- Hoddy goons has no personalities, bad design, bad powers etc etc. Most forgetable villains goons.
- Shiraoshi is a nightmare.
- Sanji nosebleed was a LOOOT too much. Not a lot of good interactions between the crew.
- We were just after the time skip and we all waited for some really hype things, interactions between the crew and we had this arc. So even if it had redeemable qualities people had a lot of expectations for this arc.

Good point, although I still fell the theme is absolutely bang on it holds the arc by itself despite hody's goon and van der lekken
