Man, this thread is gonna be wild one way or another by the end lol.
I would've said no chance earlier, but after seeing Coby (most likely) get it, I am not so sure.
But then again, Coby's goal needs it (DF-less top tier and new gen Garp), inspite of the persona not matching. While for Sanji, Oda can always just improve his fire legs.
IDK, I say 20% chance Sanji gets it.
I don't think Sanji gets it, but he deserves it infinitely more than ussop.

Do sanji deserves it? Sure.... If coby can then sanji definitely.
But other side has decent argument as well... Oda taking different route of development for him ...Sanji not having dream lined with strength (Luffy, zoro and coby have it) and sanji was not even trained by legends ( Luffy - Ray, Zoro - Mihawk, Coby - Garp).

Against an Admiral maybe, doubt he will get it when he fights the Blackbeard Pirates. I don't think any of the SHS will get such a significant upgrades just like they did in Wano when they fight the Blackbeard Pirates, so something like the Thiriller Bark fights.
Sanji already has the capabilities to destroy Pizarro so I don't think COC is needed.

Sanji is too kind to be a ruler proving what Judge said to be true, but Judge saw this as Sanji being worthless which is retarded as Sanji's true strength comes from the fact that he is kind, thats why he is soo strong to begin with.
Sanji never had characteristics to rule to begin with since he enjoyed serving others and that is his passion and is something he has been perfecting over the years.
If Sanji was to get CoC which is impossible, it wouldnt be for such retarded arguments like that, if Sanji's EoS limit is just being a top tier able to fight on par with admirals then advCoC is not an ability he will ever get, but if his limit is also being a legend like the yonko, PK, WSS and Imu then he will get it
