Sanji, he has the most developed backstory and the most numerous and important human moments, and his stupid moments are less numerous and important than Luffy and Zoro's, his pervert moments aside.

I feel most youngest siblings who never felt good enough relate more to Sanji, I know I do.

I honestly don’t relate to luffy at all, he’s not grounded in any humanity anymore

I would say none of them are really relatable, but maybe Sanji is the most realistic out of the trio.

Sanji moreso, except the perv stuff. He is the more "human" amongst the trio.
Zoro a bit lesser. Zoro is most of the goal, what we aspire to be, when it comes to will, hard word, determination etc.

Luffy the least. Too much plot armour and plot driven.

Sanji is a lot easier to connect with emotionally with him having the most emotional range most the time. Plus his back stories are alot easier to connect to

Luffy next with him being a little dumb goofy and all about doing what makes him happy along with the people he cares about. With him also just wanted to be around people he loves being afraid of being alone. All the while being extremely ambitious and determined

I was born with nothing much and have no obvious talent whatsoever, and my family is the non-privileged ones, so I lean more on Sanji.
