Vegapunk and Judge extract Devil Fruit to be a Raid Suit.
this mean there is no double invisibility for Sanji because invisibility only applied on "Stealth Black" Raid Suit.
The Vinsmoke kids dont have buffed power if they're not wearing raid suit.
But with Sanji, he have power from the Diable Jambe which is we still dont know the origin.

I see no sense in having the suit turning invisible if he could do so himself
And again... No I don't believe in your the suit wouldn't turn invisible and that's why it need that powers.
Would make no sense and mean that Sanji without suit needed to be naked all the time

The question is, Why vegapunk lied about Momo's DF being failure when it clearly isnt, its as good as real DF unlike gifters ?
maybe he wanted to overcome the DF weakness of drowning in sea and couldnt achieve it...
But judge overcame it and his children can swim
so maybe the army of Marines which Vegapunk created is now normal people fully capable of DF abilities without the need to be experimented on when they were born,
He probably can choose any troop and use the lineage technology and give him DF ability while at the same time no affect of Sea water and they can still swim
maybe he has an army of MagoMagoNoMi power users

It's obious Sanji would have gotten invisibility powers if Judge modifications manifested in him based on his epithet "Stealth Black" and the "Sora comic" in North Blue, just like how Niji could use electricity in his base form without the aid of his Raid Suit. I'm very certain the rest of the Vinsmoke siblings could use their powers without their RS too.
What we know about Sanji's DJ for now is that it's tied to his emotions. We also know that Sora's drug primary goal was to preserve the emotions of Sanji and his brothers that Judge wanted to get rid of. So it's very probable that Sora's drug has something to do with DJ as both are tied to emotions.
My theory for now is that the unexpected combination between Sora's drug and Judge's lineage factor modifications present in Sanji (I think it was mentioned that at the genetic level Sanji is modified like his siblings but he didn't manifest any of his intended powers obviously thanks to Sora's drug) gave Sanji the ability to manifest his emotions especially anger in the form of fire and flames namely the DJ.

"Linage Factor" is considered an attribute to god himself. It's basically like a strand of DNA that can affect a human's life.
And then Sora took a drug that altered the lineage factors that only affected Sanji. Sanji is deemed a failure because he didn't get to receive the bloodline elements which includes exoskeleton, invisibility (for Sanji), etc.
About DJ, I'm still think that fire comes from Sanji's emotion. Nothing to do with Sora's drug imo.
Because they seem to enhance the powers they have. But explain me how you enhance invisbilty
