Tbh the plot feeling disconnected, Loki doesn't know if he is a hero or villain because TVA.
The TVA has factions that are doubling down on pruning and other factions that want to stop all pruning.
He who remains has rebuilt the TVA before, could another faction be preparing for that??
I hope this disconnection of the plot is going to be symbolic, but probably not.
