How does Loki actually know Lola and why was he in love with her? What was the motive behind his love for Lola? Why does Big Mom know so well how strong Elbaf actually is that she is hyping this country so much?

I can imagine something, what if Big Mom and her crew tried to take over Elbaf in the past? Big Mom met Loki and they fought while Katakuri and co fought against normal Giant Army.

Big Mom was probably defeated and before Loki could kill her Lola helped her, maybe Loki was impressed by this and fell in love with Lola's courage. So he let the Big Mom pirates go (who were defeated by Elbaf nation) and later sent a proposal to Lola.

That would be one of many possibilities that could well represent how the meeting with Lola and Loki came about. How do you think Lola and Loki met? The way BM raves about the country shows that she knows how strong Elbaf really is.

Which suggests that she has experience against Elbaf.

Her spy network, and perhaps other connections, was vital I think in her gauging Elbaf's strenght. The attempt to marry Lola probably was some "long range" diplomacy.

And defeating Big Mom at this point of the story is impressive but not that impressive, Law and Kid did it and she had even sacrificed years of her lifespan to get stronger. Kid and his entire crew later got atrociously curbstomped by Shanks. Loki already got absolutely massive hype from this chapter alone and he's probably gonna face Luffy in some way, perhaps the giant Nika.

Law and Kidd defeated Big mom with a lot of plot help and it wasnt even a defeat she was knocked away from the island.

Nothing to do with yonkou Hagen, Kaido still has the best feats. However I believe in shonen logic and Oda always used it too, I like new characters who show a greater pl as the previous opponents.

The issue is you forgo context for the sake of wanking, all we know is that Loki is likely a top tier. That enough witht he giant army would give BM the edge over the other Yonko.

Loki being a top tier is enough for him to give Luffy a tough fight if they ever fight, he doesnt have to be stronger then Big Mom.

As for Kaido well he lost to a group battle, and I dont know how you can say Luffy is stronger then him given his time limit and how Kaido was actually overpowering G5 and blitzing him. Fresh Kaido outlasts him and beats him.
