Just because zoro or loki now know what type of haki they're using doesn't mean they will get stronger now.
Both can already use adcoc with no issues, now they just know the name of what haki they use. It doesn't give any kind of power boost

No Luffy figured it out because he knew how to use normal CoC and then combined it with the concept of Ryou, while Oden, Zoro, Loki and Yamato just did it
