Current Events Loki might die in Elbaf

#1
two big reasons for this imo

first off, there’s a high chance he gets domi reversi’d. It happened to both Rocks and Harald, and DR Loki seems like a much more reasonable fight for Luffy than Imu, who’s practically unbeatable.

Second, it is Hajrudin, not Loki, that Oda built up to be king of the giants. Haj said he needed a DF to become strong enough to do this, which is why he competed in the Dressrosa colosseum fight for the mera. Haj getting Loki’s fruit after his death is the most logical way for him to become strong enough to be giant king.

Haj was introduced in Dressrosa and is allied with Luffy. He was introduced as a weakling and is growing in strength to achieve his goal. Loki on the other hand was always powerful. The dynamic is similar to Luffy and Ace.

If being killed is the only way to stop the reversi unfortunately you may be right but also we’d be losing Dorry and Broggy. I don’t think this will be the case though and I can see Loki being the new captain of the Giant warriors with D & B as his wings reinvigorating the image of Elbaffs might while Hajrudin rules the nation, they can both make their father proud in their own way. I think Oda would most likely lean this route rather than just killing people off. Edit: I believe it’s likely Loki will be reversed which is why I started off the way I did I think that’s more likely than Imu just killing him straight.

Hajrudin is going to be King of the Giants, but that doesn’t necessitate King of Elbaf. Hajrudins going to have to unify all the giant nations in the world. He can’t do that and take care of Elbaf as we saw from Harald

it just seems like, if Hajrudin is Luffy’s main giant ally, being a SHGF member and all, Loki is kinda pointless.

because he’s basically what Haj needs to be if he wants to be king. Which makes me think he’s just Hajrudin’s Ace.

It’s like how Rebecca was Luffys main ally in Dressrosa, but the Queen was Violet. Hajrudin has a different desire, he won’t want to be tied down as Elbafs king when he wants to be the High King of all Giant Nations.

As such, someone else needs to sit upon Elbafs throne

That’s all the more reason Haj should get Loki’s fruit tbh. Being high king of all giants is akin to being a yonko. Haj is basically aiming to create a country that rivals that of the WG.

Someone like Loki isn’t going to be beneath him.

If Elbaf has a king, it should probably be Jarul
