I've come to realize Luffy in some way has met almost every single member of the rocks pirates other than rocks himself and Wang Zhi

Shiki- noncanon but he met him in strong world

Glorosia- met her in Amazon lily

Whitebeard- met him in marine ford

Captain John and silver ax- thriller bark

Big Mom- he first talked to in Fishman island then officially met in whole cake

Kaido- met and defeated him in Wano Kuni

Buckingham stussy- indirectly met her by meeting her clone stussy

Luffy met more rocks pirates than he did Roger pirates

Which makes me wonder will he met Wang Zhi next?

It's not outside the realm of possibility

Funny part none of them cared enough to tell him about rocks

Big difference.

Rocks is just now a footnote in history lesson as far as people are concerned in-universe, and the meetings of Luffy with the people you listed were extremely shortlived.

That's two reasons why nobody told him.

Kind of just makes it even weirder that only twice in the story has someone brought up Luffy being Garp's grandson, Big Mom in FMI and Chinjao in Dressrosa. Like for how prolific Garp is you think more people would bring it up especially former Rocks pirates
