Well, in 1015 Sanji bullied Queen while neg-diffing the 700M Perospero in the process, Perospero being someone strong enough to close any powergap between Queen and King. I think this is confirmation that if Sanji beats Queen here he is strong enough to beat King.

King & Queen have been portrayed and shown to be relatively equal, even if King is exactly stronger.

Though there is a powergap between them, nothing we have seen so far indicates it is anything signfiicant.

So even though Sanji is fighting Queen, who is exactly weaker than King, Sanji also just knocked unconscious Perospero, someone who has a high bounty of 700M, which is just under Cracker's who had 860M.

So, if Sanji 1v1s Queen here, that would mean Sanji beat a YC2 + 700M low-YC level fighter, which is more impressive than beating only a YC1.

You can laugh at it but beating a YC4 + YC2 > beating a YC1.

The gap between Queen and King, as far as we can see is very small, let alone wide enough to fit a 700M pirate in between.

On a general basis, all YC2's are of equalish footing with YC1's, but on an exact level no the YC1 is stronger.

Being knocked unconscious = knocked out, they are synonyms. Sanji just accidentally knocked unconscious a 700M.

Doubt someone as frail as Perospero could stay conscious anyways after getting hit by someone as massive as Queen being propelled at such high-speeds

That's happened a million times in this series without the character actually being unconscious.
