Present - Zoro proves his willpower in Wano, surviving doubled Hakai through medicine recoil while Luffy dies from Thunder Bagua...

"greatest CoC haki feat known ever to mankind" is just a Shanks level feat who did the same to Green Bull.
Mihawk towers above such feats which OG SunGod, Joyboy and Shanks cannot achieve.
And then there is Zoro who will dwarf them all.

Luffy took shadows that no man could survive yet he endured it fought with it and even finished moria, then after finishing moria he collapsed as the scene was safe.
Impel down and marine ford: i dont think anybody has gone through that level of torture and survived.

Shanks haki feat was not some haki from 800 years ago, did not led to scare 5 top tiers (including a top tier swordsman) who according to jimbei had monstrous haki never shown before. Once again there are LEVELS here.

By the time luffy faces shanks , his haki will be comparable if not more powerful. You are underestimating power jumps luffy makes. In wano alone he went from a high commander level to top tier level.

You can argue for luffy being stronger than him now tbh
And you’re still ignoring matchup and the unknown circumstances of the fight. For all we know shanks will become stronger and/or luffy will be nerfed
