Yes, they can if only If Lucci & Kaku go together againts separated SH crew.
Luffy alone is easy enough for Both
Zoro alone needs his best to take care of both & he possibly capable of that
While Sanji & Jimbei usually carry some burden/ other SH. So Sanji & Jimbei might be lost
If Lucci-Kaku fight againts Sanji-Jimbei at the same time & the same place while other SH are there, then Lucci-Kaku is gonna be demolished

I think the sentomaru scene proved especially people like cp0 with rokushiki are still very dangerous due to their fast assassination feats.
You can dominate Lucci or Kaku as hard as you want. If they, in a short unexpected moment, soru-finger pistol anyone below jimbei in the crew, it's over. Especially Robin is topic of interest here.

Sanji might fight for some time but ultimately he'd lose. He has no answer for Awakening.
You are either Pro Haki or Pro DF and you can tell Lucci and Kaku benefitted the most from their awakenings, not their Haki. Sanji would need to have any form of advanced Haki which he doesn't have.
