Powers & Abilities Luffy could damage steel before Zoro could cut iron

The panel of them clashing with named attacks:BigW:
Imagine being so depressingly DUMB

Zoros AP was 1000 times greater than Hachi in arcs following Arlong Park but never once his own swords shattered even without Haki.

Zoros Swords didnt shatter on Oars, blocking Kakus Island cutting rankyaku and turning it into mist and bunch of other shit.

But Hachis random Thurt 🤣🤣🤣🤣

You really are a desperate troll aren't you?

Daz's steel body was very much like CP9's Tekkai. Luffy & Sanji were able to consistently damage such lvls of toughness after Gear 2nd & Diable Jambe.
Neither of which they had in Alabasta.
Luffy didn't use haki vs crocodile
The blood explanation makes no sense when Luffy was able to punch through Desert la Spada. I do not care either way since it is not me who claims that Luffy could damage Daz (with raw strength).
easily break through Tekkai
Tekkai depends on the user. It was a weak user and it was clearly not easy.
But take into consideration that this piss poor tekkai user was able to bend solid steel and this whole discussion makes very little to no sense at all.

To no ones surprise in a thinly veiled slander thread.

Luffy back in the east blue was able to dent and destroy Don kriegs wootz steel armor with enough attacks

He also is shown breaking through some Franky Family’s steel armor

As for Mr. 3’s armor first off it’s harder than iron not steel that’s just a mistranslation but second off density definitely matters and it took luffy a bunch of concentrated attacks to destroy steel. It wasn’t at all a casual feat f

Zoro not being able to cut iron was a big deal pre alabasta. It was only after daz that he could cut iron such as the iron cloud, iron body, iron cannonballs, etc.

Daz himself being made of iron

It also says iron here too

We also have 2 clear cut cases of zoro outright saying he can cut iron but not steel
Sanji refers to them as being made of some type of steel. With zoro on top of that emphasizing that he can’t cut them because they’re tougher than iron

Tho tbf while Zoro couldn’t straight up cut steel pre timeskip with his so he should definitely be able to dent/damage it and he did
Chopper in arm and monster point also might’ve been able to dent iron and even steel along with the monster trio pre timeskip. The chopper fact isn’t really relevant I just think it’s funny and cool for him lol

Post timeskip the monster trio have all grown strong enough to all casually deal with steel

Another tbf to both luffy and zoro
  1. Blunt damage is a lot more effective than cutting when it’s something zoro can't cut. Like pre alabasta luffy having to an easier time denting it while zoro couldn’t yet cut it
  2. When zoro can cut something it’s going to be a lot easier and more effective for him to get past it than luffy. Again with iron post timeskip zoro can cut through iron like it’s butter. While iron isn’t a big deal at all for post skip he dents it instead
FMI being a good example of the second point
Zoro vs iron

Luffy vs iron. Idk how they managed to mistranslate it to strel

Last point and slightly off topic Lucci wank. Man casually did something even fuckin zoro couldn’t which is insane. Lucci was a monster
@ZenZu
All this fuss

And yet Zoro equally matched a stronger version of that Luffy
In a clash of named techniques
With Luffy using the same technique, but in a stronger version of himself
