- Why the fuck didn't the Admirals and Fleet Admiral, who under DIRECT control of the celestial dragons FUCKING NUKE BOMB Luffy in Marinefored OR EVEN PRIOR ? they KNOW HE HAS RUBBER POWERS SINCE FUCKING ALABASTA.
- Why didn't Shanks treasure this legendary fruit with special precautions instead of just having you know A GOD DF just chilling in a bar, makes no sense , what if Higuma ate the Nika fruit while Shanks was in the bathroom.
- Why THE FUCK doesn't Luffy have a army of CP0 after him in the pre timeskip
- WHY THE FUCK should Awakening just give you back your stamina and FULLY HEAL YOU? if Mytical Zoan awakaening can recover your HP back from being dead THERE IS LITERALLY no way Kaido looses once he awakens unless ZKK

If there’s been eight hundred years of people eating the Gomu Gomu and being unable to unlock it’s true nature/potential then it makes sense not to be an immediate priority. Some complacency can be forgiven then. Plus... They have been trying to kill Luffy since he beat Crocodile, they just haven’t succeeded. Aokiji could have done it if he wanted, Kizaru would have in Saobody if Ray didn’t show up, Akainu tried his damndest on Marineford, and Fujitora is actually meant to be doing nothing other than hunt Luffy (and Law) right now.

If Luffy is the only person who has ate the fruit since Joy Boy it becomes a different question though.
