You are right. Kid and law are playing a game which is already fixed against them. Law literally made an alliance with luffy to take down Kaido and then goes to fight big mom. Kid literally has personal bad blood with Kaido but decides to go after big mom. Kid and law were freeking holding back in rooftop while luffy and Zoro went all out. Luffy defeated a Kaido who was carrying an island on his back spending his own energy while fighting oden's retainers, the 5 supernova, yamato and even a momonosuke bite. Big mom was fresh and even went on to literally sacrifice her own life span to gain power up against kid and law. The inclusion of bombs was oda retroactively "nerfing" Law and kid otherwise they were outshining luffy there . They were also the one who actually fought both the yonkos . They really had no breaks in between like luffy had taken. No food and no magic senzu bean like Zoro had. They completely deserve there bounty of 3 billion.

Heck the game is so stacked against them that they might have poneglyphs but they don't have anyone to translate them. Kid is going in a goose chase to find the man marked by flames while we don't know what law's plan is.

Kid stood wide eyed slack jawed in complete shock at the prowess of Boundman.
Kid and Killer BOTH had no proper means of injuring Kaidou and explicitly commented of Luffy/Zoro's ryuo.

No Luffy arguably takes both Law and Lid to a high diff/ Exteme diff fight against both of them together.

There is no rivalry in the race for One Piece or strength levels only the Low and Lids fans think there is

lets not sit here and act like law and kidd beating big mom in a 2v1 is better than what luffy did vs kaido with help ofc.
law and kidd really deserved a bounty slightly higher than big mom's divided by 2 , (early 2 bils)

and luffy deserved somewhere above the 3 billions imo .


the same reason you are saying its fixed is honestly why people think its forced
cause its clear oda doesnt really want to give them a shot to compete but at the same time pushes the narrative that they are.
