Luffy never knew her and she was in the villain group. And Luffy never knew Jinbe, he was a shichibukai and at that point in time Luffy didnt care for recruiting members.

You are missing the point, The point is the the events that happened prior to meeting Zoro was special because Luffy knew about Zoro and his strength and went out of his to recruit him before he even met him. Luffy knew what Zoro had to offer before even meeting him. No other straw hat is comparable to Zoro in this regard because Luffy never knew about their existence until he met and interacted with them. Luffy decided to invite every other straw hat to his crew only after he met them or had an interaction with them. And not for a special reason like zoro. Luffy specifically sought out zoro because he heard about his strength and went out of his way to meet Zoro and invite him to his crew. Luffy met every other straw hat on his journey.

But why does that alone make him special tho ? Like I said Robin and her group went up against the SHs, and Luffy still allowed her to join. No SH was on the villain side, then was still allowed to join the crew. I dont see why Luffy recruiting a person due to their notoriety makes that recruitment process more special. Each SH recruitment was different in their own way. It's just plain wrong to say Zoro's one was special and the rest was the same. Because the rest was not the same, they were all different.
