Even though Viz translation doesn't say It, Yamato actually say that Luffy is barely standing on his feet against Kaido on his final round.

I'll also post what a trusted translator I know said about It. You can even ask @style (since we both know him) about how reliable this translator is. This Is his explanation:
Hi, sorry I'm late but I haven't been well lately. Here we need to understand the context well, which is always a fleeting line. Yamato is talking to Momo, who says to stop Luffy, but Yamato takes him back in the fourth panel: - carry / lean on / carry everything on your shoulders ... !! (referred to Momo) - To the man who can barely stand, you ... !!! In the following cartoon he explains that only Luffy can defeat Kaido so he must not find out about this impending situation, but it is they who must take on and overcome this crisis without anyone knowing anything. So - in my opinion - in the second line Yamato implies that Momo cannot tell the man who is barely standing and giving all of himself (Luffy) to stop because it is up to them to handle the situation. Then it could be argued that the first (carry everything on your back) can be attributed to Luffy rather than to Momo. Due to the way the sentence is structured, I see it more as an order to Momo than a link to the next balloon where Luffy arrives indirectly So to answer your question, I'd say fan translation definitely comes closer

This just add the bullshit that fight was.

If Luffy could barely stand against Kaido why that round lasted even more than their first 1v1 in Onigashima?

And that wasn't the final round. Luffy G5 was the final round.

nerf would be circumstances out of the control of either of them fighting
kaido getting hurt from the other scabbards , supernovas before he had the 1v1 with luffy is a "nerf " , because those individuals arent luffy.

Yes, you can call it a nerf. While it is true that it was Kaido who whooped his ass multiple times, it was a much weaker Version of Luffy that was just levelling up, thus taking unnecessary damage against Kaido in the process of said levelling up.

A fresh Luffy that would've started with all of his power ups (Sky Splitter Haoshoku, G5), would 1) hit much harder at the very beginning and 2) tank more (since G5 can mold more effectively around blunt force) and 3) have all the other tools available that G5 gave him (growing gigantic, grabbing lightning, controlling the environment, create Island sized fists, ...)

On the other side, Kaido obviously too was nerfed due to fighting multiple people and lifting Onigashima.

No matter how many facts you show, his haters and absurd downplayers here won't ever acknowledge it. They'd talk of several battles Kaido had done and ignore every fight Luffy had been in from the Performance floor to the Rooftop. He had fought Ulti, Apoo, Numbers, was attacked by Queen ... even before that he had fought in the sea and all other fights with the scene around Yamato. I may have missed other fights. I get Kaido had fought Scabbards, WG and Yamato while holding Onigashima but he was the worlds strongest at that point. He was always at an advantage. Luffy had also fought a large number of people. Even though many of them were fodders but still you need to spend energy fighting them.

Can't even say 15 people because got to rest from the scabbard fight, scarred heal, low diff. Try again, None of them was fresh but if you're going to be disingenuous and say kaido was in worse condition then someone that was literally dying go ahead.,
