Btw i dont think a lightning bolt can defeat Kaidou. If Luffy can increase the strength of that bolt exponentially, modify it by Toon Force somehow, maybe it'll be strong enough. Otherwise he cant win by just using lightning bolt imo, Kaidou's endurance and resilience is imo far higher than even BM. And BM is someone against whom, a giant lightning bolt doesnt even significantly damage.

Kaido use lightning himself, and his signature move is thunder bagua. I’m pretty sure Luffy’s lightning attack will barely do anything to Kaido. If I have to guess, a move from Luffy’s giant form will beat Kaido, we haven’t seen him punch Kaido with that yet
