Monkey D. Luffy - 4,000,000,000 (for “kidnapping” Vegapunk)
Roronoa Zoro - 1,780,000,000 (right hand + will fight someone)
Sanji - 1,490,000,000 (probably will solo a seraphim)
Jinbe - 1,390,000,000 (probably will solo a seraph too)
Nico Robin - 1,150,000,000 (becomes more dangerous)
Stussy/Bonney - 970,000,000 (already dangerous people)
Ussop - 700,000,000 (+200 mil increase)
Franky - 594,000,000 (+200 mil increase)
Brook - 583,000,000 (+200 mil increase)
Nami - 566,000,000 (+200 mil increase)
Tony Tony Chopper - 5,000 (joke bounty - x5 increase)

I am unsure on numbers but I think this is the point where Oda starts pulling Zoro away from the other SHs bounty wise to establish the 'WSS' hype.

Not Sanji hate or anything but it seems like the perfect opportunity. Additionally the last troll bounty situation with Jinbei, Sanji and Zoro seemed to me to be a final send off for the bounty salty gag.

Who knows maybe I'll be wrong and that'll just happen later.
