Not sure which panel you are referring to and this is a different matter from skill/technique, it's about Zoro undergoing the most intensive training with Mihawk.

Considering Zoro has no DF or gears the gap between Post TS Zoro and Pre TS Zoro was really huge

I meant best training in relationship with the training potential itself, Luffy managed to develop a new gear and that highly boosted his power, but what about if he was DFless like Zoro

If you somehow magically took away Luffy's DF before his Rayleigh training he would not have grown as much as Zoro did even if we simply account for ratio rather than total final power

This is clearly partial Boundman.

That correction was always just Gear 3, it was clear from day 1 that it was an error which will later be corrected in the volume release.
