Oda created two awakened movie villians and has already stated that one of them (Tesoro) is canon in the One Piece universe. The intent is there and that makes for 3 official paramecia awakenings.

Thinking that every DF user has the same awakening is dumb tbh. Do you think Big Mom will turn the environment into a soul? Will Kuma make the earth repel people that stand on it? So many different paramecias and most don’t even begin to fit the criteria for such an awakening.

Not saying I disagree with your proposition but due to the lack of diversity within paramecia awakenings, it is still possible Luffy could have an environment-based awakening, just based off what we've seen.

Being able to turn into a substance isn’t the criteria for your awakening to turn the environment into it. They have the same awakening because they produce and control stuff, like I already said if you could read.
