My championship game is about to start in a few hours:

Hi everyone! Just popping in to say what, uh, Crowned Witch has already said - her 'Champs' game has now started! You can find it in the link she posted.
This tournament is intended primarily as a social event to bring communities together, and to that end we have an active spectator chat on Discord where people from other communities are spectating their own representatives. We play along and try to solve the games on our own, make predictions and bets, and make fun of uh, I mean, cheer on the participants. Everyone is welcome to join! You can find our server here. (Just note the channel is kept private to keep the players out, but you just need to ask for access and a Mod will get you in as soon as they see your request.)

Quick update: The qualifier games are over, it's a nice surprise I got voted 4th place in my game although this means I didn't advance by votes but I didn't expect this to be the case. The reveal of the last qualifier has yet to happen, after that everyone is gonna wait for the jury to pick the rest of the players. Slight chance I might be among them but no matter what I never regret having been part of the championship, it has been a great experience and I'm thankful for everyone who voted me to be in it (doubt much Worstgen users were following champs but if so you may have seen a post from me where I've sent out my greetings)!
Assuming that the game of backups is gonna get scheduled soon too, so I think the time for Alexis to shine will come, likely before the semis start.

I'm surprised Michelle somehow hasn't been chosen, especially our game was stacked with good players though! Tbh I've exceeded my own expectations by advancing already, trying to reach the final won't be easy as I can tell you, there are some excellent players left in the championship!
