Tbh I'm "almost" lactosis intolerant (like on the border) so I at least avoid anything with milk/yogurt.

And the only ones that take it from another species too if memory serves me right xD

I did research a little bit about that at the time and I saw some saying that milk has an acid that nullifies the effects of calcium. Not sure if true or not though

And tbh (at least for me) I really do prefer oat/almond/coconut/rice milk than normal milk because it has a lot less fat in it. You can feel it in the taste. Much lighter
