i drink so much milk daily. with coffee/tea in morning and milkshake in evening, and sometime cereal in morning as well

Yes it is. Goat milk is recommended while recovering from some bad health issues. Though i have never drank it.

My schedule is tea in the morning, and milk before sleep. Lassi and curd during the day.

I never drank goat, but I prefer Buffalo milk over cow. It’s much denser and thick 🥲

I've never tried goat milk but I did try goat cheese.

I think it's very good.

Mostly I eat cheese and cream cheese but I must be careful with it.

Not too much of it.

Vegan cheese is ok if melted but only from the violife brand. Or with butter croissant.

No coffee for me, only tea sometimes.
