This gave me an idea. How about making All-Stars a yearly mafia game, wherein the teams are a staple element of it, just like how mashup is a staple of weebs, and triggers are a staple of the ToS special?

Yes. We should coordinate them. Weebs in January, Joker in May, Hololive in June, All-Stars in July, and ToS Special in December.

Or maybe bump up the special to October or November, not sure. @Zemmi I know you want to host the special again over the summer, but I think it's best for it to be a once-a-year type of thing.

I don't mind a once of year thing but I would prefer mine to be in summer, it's so much easier, when i'm not worrying about dropping/picking up kiddos from school, or holidays that are time consuming.

Was cleaning my old PC and i found old drafts of some roles i was making. This one IMO is something i'll def throw in one game at some point

Sleeper Agent - Mafia and Town

Sleeper starts the game as Town and he gets a full on non-unique town role. He isn't aware of being mafia at all.
When last mafia member dies Sleeper awakens and becomes a last mafia member.
He can assume ANY mafia role but won't have NK option if he chooses non NK role.
If the sleeper is killed while being town he won't be revealed as a sleeper but rather as the town role he currently is.

Optional
Godfather can awaken the sleeper if they guess the secret Code needed to awaken the sleeper. Code is usually something flavour of the game related or smth like that

Indeed that part can cause problems. Tho again some might see it as pure chaos and immerse themselves.

I guess you could notify the player he is sleeper mafia but that defeats the whole purpose of the role
