Then make a soup
Get an onion, pepper, 2 potatoes, celery, carrots and a tomato.
Throw it in hot water with chicken or beef, spice per need. Bring it up to boil and then lower the heat to low-medium, let it cook for an hour at least
Then get another pot and transfer the liquid to it, bring it to boil abd throw in noodles.
Viola, you have soup.
What you dont eat from that you can prep as a stock for other meals
