On another note, it actually give more details to what Sanji's character intended to do, the writing part.
It adds to Sanji's dynamic and relationship, because he has moments & interactions with all SH, and this example is his interaction with the newest SH.

Oda should integrate Jinbe and make him bond with the others too, the SH are supposed to be close.

If you put someone on a pedestal because they have a rare ability, you'll be conflicted about a lot of characters.
For example, "Jinbe won't be on Chinjao level because he doesn't have CoC", even when we know that his connection power-wise to Garp is one-sided.
Sadly most one piece fans only looks at powerlevel in everything, and doesn't care about actual world building such as this relationship network.
One Piece as a series is on another level because even non-protag like Sanji has better writing than most series' MC.
Such as Naruto and Natsu, they're supposed to be close to their village & guild (because power of friendship is strong there), but you don't see them have moments with a lot of village/guild parts. Whereas Sanji does actually have scenes with every SH.
