TLDR: Vegapunk needs to be moved to be healed, but will die if moved. Marco can move and heal people at the same time. Marco was last seen talking to Ms. Buckin, who wanted Marco to talk to Vegapunk so Vegapunk could prove Weevil was Whitebeard's son. Chopper was introduced to artificial organs by Atlas. Marco will transport Vegapunk to Chopper while healing him so Chopper can try to save him with the Organoids. Marco dies and Sanji gets his Fruit and healing flames of LOVE.
I 100% believe the Stella is dying, but, I don't think he's dying RIGHT now. The reason why I don't think he's dying?

I've been waiting for someone to need to replace their organs this whole arc (wild sentence), and guess who just got his lung and god knows what else skewered by a giant spider monster?!?!?
That's right, the Stella!
BUT, the issue is that Vegapunk is bleeding out, and if he moves, he'll die. I assume Atlas will contact Chopper and tell him that Stella Vegapunk is injured, and that they need Chopper's help. Chopper can fly in his boots, but, transporting the Organoids to Vegapunk in the middle of a Buster Call would be pretty problematic.
So, I was going over characters other than Chopper, who can do immediate healing on Vegapunk, then transport him to the Organoids in the lab.
The three characrers with Healing Devil Fruits are:
1. Law, who's out of commission because of Blackbeard.
2. Mansherry, the Tontatta Princess.
3. Marco the Phoenix.
Let's accept that Bepo isn't swimming up to Egghead with dying Law, and that Mansherry isn't going to randomly travel to Egghead when she isn't even a part of the Grand Fleet.
We're left with... Marco! Well, what was he doing the last time we saw him?
Fucking Whitebeard's geriatric ex-girlfriend Marco was last seen on Sphinx Island, Whitebeard's homeland, conversing with the OG Buckingham Stussy over Weevil protecting Sphinx.
Ms. Buckin ends this by telling Marco Dr. Vegapunk can prove Weevil is Whitebeard's son, giving Marco a reason to head to Egghead.
Since Marco can heal people, and fly, when Vegapunk needs to be moved to a medical facility to get treatment, but can't be moved or he'll die, Marco is LITERALLY the perfect person to show up to help save Vegapunk. He's more or less a Rescue Helicopter, LOL.
Also would not be surprised if Marco dies here and Sanji gets his Fruit, since Sanji getting flames that heal people fits his "flames of love" narrative too well, and Marco has SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many fucking death flags I'm amazed he's still alive.
If Marco and Buckin do show up on Egghead, I fully expect the two Stussys to have a re-Stu-nion, too.
