Yes, he is. But out of all the "young marines", he seems to have to most chance of being a relevant threat to the future of piracy.

Amazing. I remember this very well. If you look between Nami and Zoro under X-Drake you can see Corazon's face covered by Nami's tact. This was drawn before Corazon's intoduction.

I also saw a theory about Dragon being a marine based on the guy to the left of Brook's shoulder.

Great catch, I never noticed Corazon's face before! It isn't too far-fetched that Dragon was a Marine before he turned Revo
