Dope design too though, I love it!

Imagine an underwater specialist Admiral with a Shark theming? Even being a literal Shark? Wouldnt that be dope!? Specialises in naval battles/situations and taking out enemy ships? Could also use water bending to flood enemy troops on land and such!

The future of the OP world looks like it'll be more united between all races, to include Fishmen. No reason why they wouldn't be able to join the Navy
