The latest blog post actually makes me think that SIU wants Maschenny to be Yuri's arch-rival/nemesis. So I think it's very unlikely that she'll fall from grace before a confrontation with Yuri.

To say this in other terms, the L Maschenny will receive in future may not be as big as the L the Lo Po Bia will receive this arc.
