It's hard to see who could be used to hype Mihawk, as Zoro's dream and the WSS he technically does not need to prove himself. And Oda isn't the type to have characters get defeated just because.
Maybe he'll clash with another top tier and make him retreat (which is different from an outright defeat)

I thought Mihawk might not get hype before fighting Zoro, until Oda brought up the Marine Hunter thing.

Mihawk has greater sword skill than Shanks, and has been compared to Shanks multiple times. I expect great things from him.

Mihawk vs fujtoria make sense , but both fanbase need to calm down because neither of them get defeated but it show why mihawk is not bad guy as marine hunter .

Mihawk isn't going to beat an Admiral. I can see him one shotting Magellan and all of Impel Down if CG frees Weevil and Doffy, but Mihawk isn't going to use an Admiral as his hypetool.

The one with Teach vs Sengoku is interesting, tho.
