All we can use to assert Mihawk's level as a Yonko is his title. ONLY THAT. When Oda had a chance to give us a glimpse of his level in the manga (at least by portrayal), he threw Mihawk into the corner. He couldn't cut Jozu, he never really challenged Whitebeard, he couldn't defeat Vista like a Yonko an admiral is capable of defeating commanders (as we saw BM vs Queen in Wano, Akainu vs almost every commander in Marineford). Mihawk LITERALLY ASKED VIEW TO END THE FIGHT, WTF? It should have defeated the commander there and the course of the battle wouldn't have changed a thing. Oda did not respect the portrait he himself set.
Zoro after TS: only had one series fight against King in Wano. Despite leaving a scar on Kaido, failing to make him scream or bring him to his knees, there are still many people who argue that Luffy's normal punches with ACOC are stronger than ACOC Zoro Ashura. It didn't confirm that Zoro has ACOA, just gave indications for the interpretation of Zoro's barrier technique. He never highlighted Zoro's speed, after all he surpassed Kaido (when he attacked him first), but only Zorotards see that, as there is not a SINGLE SPEECH IN THE WHOLE MANGA. He nerfed Zoro's durability after TS, as tougher than his captain before TS, for someone who passes out and sleeps after having his chest pierced (Luffy fought Katakuri for hours after having his stomach punctured). He doesn't officiate Zoro as vice-captain, creates a colorful cape but goes back in an SBS. It seems that the author doesn't like the character, simply.
