Mihawk doesn't have CoC. I don't care if I'm wrong in the end but this guy doesn't have any Conqueror aura in him !

You can't hate marines, then join WG to work with marines and then now hide behind Buggy to be at peace and run from marines

He lacks ambitions of a conqueror
Zoro won't ever join marines ! Even if they're about to kill him or he's been hunted lots of times.
Zoro won't see another person for protection if SHs ever disband since he's gonna be powerful enough to fend off marines and protect himself
WG wouldn't even bother annoying him.

Rayleigh can live at peace and nobody bothers him because he's powerful,
Navy and WG know Mihawk ain't strong enough to defend himself!

If Mihawk has CoC, it will ruin everything about CoC !

But this is exactly the kind of thing a conqueror could do.

First of all he doesn't hate marines otherwise he would never work by their side.

He is such a conqueror that he can hunt marines, still be invited to be a Shichibukai (that's basically a free pass to be a criminal and not be hunted by marines) and then join a Yonko crew that is basically another free pass to be criminal.

If WG know that He ain't that Powerful then why bother give him a Bounty higher than Sweet Commanders Combined?
And how does Doffy & Hancock have CoC? We imagined it? lol
And show us Panel that say CoC Users must have an Unfulfilled Ambition?

Honestly most of the coc users in OP are whiny, pathetic fucks who don't deserve it

Mihawk is a pathetic fuck who's the ultimate goal of coc user Zoro so he's probably getting it

It’s true. He became WSS with nothing but his CoA. Zoro having it isn’t proof that Mifraud has it, it’s the thing that will put him > Mifraud. Also what makes Shanks different and better than Mihawk even with one arm, but the fraud will always dodge Shanks.

Dracule would rather cap and claim he is excited the marines are chasing him then hide behind Buggy scared of facing One Piece canidates.

No conqueror that hated marines ever joined them to seek protection

Law and Teach used WG for their agenda and dipped onces they git what they wanted

Mihawk joined to be at peace...He simply seeks refuges cause he's weak
