It's completely pointless to associate everything related to WSS with Mihawk only for Gandhi to be the "true" WSS.

Hancock is world's prettiest woman(WPW) even though there are some more attractive than her.

Whitebeard was WSM even tho there were people stronger than her.

Kaido was WSC even tho there are people stronger than him.
