He just wants to be left alone and if he had the title people like kidd would keep showing up to go after him

Yes he's has the title wss but only two people want that and every pirate wants to be emperor

That's saying like Katakuri or Zolo doesn't want to be a Pirate King and Yonko thus, those titles sucks. Nope, they don't want it because they know they can't, and they aren't strong enough.

You also realize Mihawk was pissed off at the beginning for Buggy being a Yonko, and then he decide its good since he can be a YONKO COMMANDER instead since he is SCARED to take all the HEAT? :suresure:

A single yes or no won't make Kata or Zoro PK, but by killing Buggy or Buggy announcing the fact will make Mihawk a Yonko :suresure::suresure::suresure:

It's not below him but the implication was that he can achieve it whenever he wants, which you can't say about most people who want to be a Yonko like Kid, for example. He's basically Garp's equivalent of the pirate world.
